The inflatable tumble track allows gymnasts to perform skills in a consumer friendly manner and within a short period of time, all can achieve a higher skill level and with greater technical accuracy. The mini tumble track can also be used for warming up and strength training sessions. Coaches can easily help any gymnast during difficult moves by standing on the tumble track gymnastics equipment. During training sessions, fewer injuries will occur using the Air Track compared to a standard tumble track.
